Hello all, PT checking in here! Wow what a busy fall! I have been all over the country from Vegas to LA to San Diego to Orlando with some Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois and Alaska mixed in! Definitely not letting this little injury slow me down!!

Hello all! Its PT checkin in! Wow things are crazy as usual! I have been traveling all over. I have been doing physical therapy daily and rehab like you read about! Things are really going well. Things are improving and I am doing my best not to let this injury slow me down one bit.

Hello all! PT here just checking in with a little update.
Man, not sure where to start! So much has been going on I am not sure where to begin. I write this sitting in my new temporary home in Las Vegas, NV. I am living with my Dad who is based here for his private pilot job (he flies a bad ass Gulfstream) part of the year and he has a nice single level condo that works perfect for me until my legs decide to start working again. (Which at the rate I am going should be in no time, but we will talk about that in a minute) It seemed to make more sense to come and do a little more healing here in Vegas in the warmer weather than the sub zero temps in MN or AK. There is even a spinal rehab facility not too far from where I am located so I am going to check that out in the next day or so. So needless to say my bones are a little more happy with me than if I was in the minus 35 weather that MN is seeing right now.

Hey all! Happy Holidays! It’s PT checking in here. I figured it was about time I did a little update on my post crash/recovery time.
For those of you that don’t know I had a little get off end of Nov that left me with a broken back and no feeling from my chest down. Well after the docs got me put back together in Regions Hospital in St Paul MN it was time to start the road to recovery.
